Welcome to Mirowitz!

Mirowitz students have it all: a hands-on curriculum , lessons in social responsibility, and meaningful Jewish learning. During their years (K-8) at Mirowitz, students restore prairies, lobby elected officials, test water quality of streams, pick vegetables on a kibbutz and walk in the footsteps of MLK. As they do so, they joyfully connect with their heritage and develop skills for a lifetime of leadership.

Mirowitz’s pluralistic community represents the diversity of the Jewish community. Students consistently exceed independent school norms on standardized tests. They graduate prepared for the most competitive high schools and with a moral compass that will guide them throughout their lives.

Mirowitz Middle School Open House

Tuesday, December 8
7 p.m.

At Mirowitz, we believe that the middle school years should be joyful ones. They are about gaining skills and knowledge, and also strength of character and self confidence. They prepare students for academic rigor, and also for ethical leadership. They allow young adolescents to focus on personal growth, yet understand their responsibility to the world around them.

Bring your 4th or 5th grader (virtually) to hear details about our program from teachers, students and administrators. See for yourself that an ideal middle school experience is possible…at Mirowitz.

RSVP here or email Patty with questions.
