Create an endowment with a gift of $25,000 or more. You may choose to specify that the principal remains intact, producing an income to be perpetually distributed according to your wishes, or you may allow the principal to be used, over time, to fund what you care about the most.

You may establish and endowment through a gift of cash, securities, or other property, or through assets such as life insurance, charitable remainder trusts, charitable annuities, retirement accounts or philanthropic funds.
