No need to do anything! Your first continuous enrollment contract is the only one you’ll ever have to sign.  Your child is automatically enrolled for next year!

January 15: Financial aid applications are due.

Second Friday in February: You will receive an email that explains your tuition responsibility (including financial aid if applicable). 

February 28: Deadline to opt out of continuous enrollment.

First week of March: Yearly tuition deposit for the upcoming school year will be debited through your family’s FACTS payment plan. 

May 1: First monthly payments for the upcoming school year are debited through your family’s FACTS payment plan.

Mirowitz’s financial assistance committee recognizes that the FACTS recommendation may not accurately portray the whole picture of a family’s financial situation. If tuition is unfeasible even with the financial award offered, please let us know that you would like to appeal for a greater award before the February 28 Renew Date. 

After the Continuous Enrollment Renew Date (February 28), the annual tuition deposit is forfeited. This deposit is refundable only if unique circumstances (described above) are applicable. 

If student(s) enrollment is canceled by the family after February 28, the family is responsible for:

• • • 25% of tuition, on or after April 15 through June 30
    • 50% of tuition, on or after July 1 through the day prior to first day of school
    • 100% of tuition, on or after the first day of school

Families that opt out before the renew date, but later decide to remain at Mirowitz,  are responsible for:

• An administrative fee of $500.
• The completion of a new continuous enrollment contract for the student(s).

A child who has been away from Mirowitz for more than school year is subject to the Mirowitz admissions process as a new applicant.

We recognize that family plans change. Student(s) withdrawn after the Continuous Enrollment Renew Date will be exempt from their tuition obligation if:

• • The family moves/relocates 50+ miles away from Mirowitz.
  • Mirowitz initiates the withdrawal of student(s).
  • Other unique circumstances as approved by the Mirowitz Board.
