Moments That Tell Our Story

May 18, 2026

Dear Mirowitz Community,

As we approach the final weeks of the school year, this edition of Mah Chadash feels especially full — full of celebrations, milestones, memories, learning, laughter, gratitude, and the unmistakable energy that comes at the close of a meaningful school year. In many ways, this newsletter reflects exactly who we are as a community: busy, joyful, deeply connected, and always in motion. From siddur ceremonies to sports banquets, alumni celebrations to graduation preparations, field trips, electives, acts of service, Jewish learning, and everyday moments of discovery, there is so much happening across our school right now.

As you read through this overflowing edition, I hope you will pause not only to see the events themselves, but also the deeper story underneath them — children growing in confidence, teachers creating spaces of belonging and curiosity, families showing up for one another, and a community continuing to build something special together. These final weeks of school are always emotional because they hold both endings and beginnings at the same time. Thank you for helping make this year one filled with such warmth, partnership, resilience, and joy. We cannot wait to finish this year strong together.

Shabbat Shalom,

Brian Thomas
